Jin didn’t exactly ride straight into the Limestone Coast.

Born in Osaka, Japan and raised in Bangkok, Thailand; he chameleoned his way through international school before heading off to the States for college. A couple of “career experiments” in New York and Dubai ended quicker than his ambitions, so he wound up in Adelaide chasing another degree he’d never use.

To fund his social prowess, he pulled shifts at Bar Torino, where somewhere between carrying plates and ducking his tab, he fell in love with wine. Next thing you know, his questionable taste for big hats and country roads lured him to the Southeast, where he’s been learning how to coax grapes into bottles ever since.

Call it fate, or just one long detour— either way, here we are.
